Jennifer has been a trustee of the Foundation for the past 7 years and a Member of the Aldridge Education MAT for 5 years. She is the Executive Trustee of the Aldridge Foundation, in which her role includes responsibility for the delivery of the Foundation’s key programmes.

Jennifer began her career in the education sector by working at The Prince’s Trust, successfully managing the implementation of a Rugby Partnership Programme. The programme linked disadvantaged children – or those at risk of exclusion – to Premiership rugby teams in order to help them develop educational and social skills. This was through a mixture of learning and experiences alongside some of the top names in Rugby across the United Kingdom.

In 2009 Jennifer moved into the early years sector as an early years practitioner. Whilst working, she completed a degree in Early Years Education and Leadership at Kingston University. She recently obtained a Masters Research degree in Education, focussing her research on the factors that drive secondary school age girls to play sport.

As well as being passionate about education, as the daughter of Sir Rod, Jennifer also became a Trustee of the Foundation to support and represent the family.
