Jennifer has been a trustee of the Foundation for the past 7 years and a Member of the Aldridge Education MAT for 5 years. She is the trustee lead for Programmes and Development.

Jennifer has a background of working in the education sector. She began by working at The Prince’s Trust, successfully managing the implementation of a Rugby Partnership Programme, linking disadvantaged children – or those at risk of exclusion – to Premiership rugby teams in order to help them develop educational and social skills. This was through a mixture of learning and experiences alongside some of the top names in Rugby across the United Kingdom.

In 2009 Jennifer moved into the early years sector as an early years practitioner. Whilst working, she completed a degree in Early Years Education and Leadership at Kingston University. She is currently in the final stages of a Masters Research degree in Education, focussing her research on secondary school age girls playing sport.

As well as being passionate about education, as the daughter of Sir Rod, Jennifer also became a Trustee of the Foundation to support and represent the family.
