Getting to know ya,

Snowdonia.

Forget about your mobile phone, yeah (staff included).

The Wilderness, new surroundings…

Away from it all, up in the mountains.

Positive interactions with each other,

And with that Universal Mother,

That is…nature.

There was a lovely kitchen to feed ya…

We had a much need break from Social Media (staff included).

It was good for our mental and physical health.

An opportunity to learn other sides of ourselves.

And what else?

Our group say it was adventurous, GOBSMACKING, exquisite and, erm, exotic?

We loved being in the elements,

With our new friends, such an amazing experience…

And finally…someone said-

Climbing the waterfall was a symbol of me tackling everything else I come across in life,

And showed me that I can overcome anything.
