IPACA Reception Uniform Fitting

Below is a list of the dates that Dorset Schoolwear will be on the current school sites carrying out fittings for all students, including Reception children who start in September 2012. Sessions specifically for next year's  Reception children have been organised at Southwell school and at the Grove on Monday 16th of July. However, if you are unable to attend this and would still like to arrange a fitting please contact one of the other schools to arrange to attend at the most suitable session for you from the list below. Everyone is happy to support each other and the parents with this process.

Underhill  – Tuesday 3rd July

Southwell – Wednesday 3rd July – am - (Years 1-5)

               –  Friday 5th July – am  - Year 6

               –  Monday 16th July – pm - Reception

The Grove –  Monday 16th July – 1-2 pm - Reception

Royal Manor – 16th July – evening @6pm during their Year 6 transition evening.

Alternatively, you are very welcome to visit Dorset Schoolwear's shop in Weymouth for a fitting.

Dorset Schoolwear has assured us that the uniform will be available and can be collected from Royal Manor Arts College during the week 8th - 12th August.  We are all working very hard to ensure that this will be a successful procedure for all concerned, especially with the additional pressure on parents with the Olympic events making journeys to Weymouth more difficult.
